What does it cost?
Nothing to open an account and nothing to keep it. Reseller, service provider, dealership, fleet and vendor accounts are free with no minimums. Dealerships can add an optional plan to put the configurator on their website (Storefront, $299/mo your first year, then $499/mo, or Showroom, $799/mo your first year, then $999/mo). Franchise is the only program with an entry fee.
Who sells the vehicle?
Never us. On a deal we bring, the dealership partner sells, invoices and titles the chassis straight to the agency on a buyer’s order we pre-fill, and we invoice the upfit. On a deal a dealer brings (its configurator, a contract it holds), the dealer sells the whole turnkey vehicle on one PO and we invoice the dealer for the upfit. On a lease, the lease partner buys and owns the vehicle and the upfit rides in the lease. FountFleet builds, inspects and warrants the upfit in every case; the vehicle is always sold by a licensed dealer or owned by the lessor.
I install. Which one do I pick?
Authorized Service Provider. Your account opens as a ProShop Reseller so you can buy right away, and the service provider application is the first thing on your setup page. Joe reviews it within two business days.
How do NET terms work?
Buy by card from day one. When you want terms, the credit application is on your setup page: a few references and a couple of documents, answered within two business days. Approval sets your limit and terms across every FountFleet location and the ProShop.
I already have a ProShop or portal login.
Same login everywhere. Sign in and your setup page shows the programs open to your account. If your login is a customer account, email [email protected] and we convert it.
We’re a police department or a city. Is there a program for us?
You’re a customer, and that’s the better deal. Create a customer account, upload your tax-exempt certificate once, and buy in the ProShop or start a build.
