Do I need upfitting experience to qualify?
Automotive or shop experience helps, but the model is built to be taught: two weeks of immersion at our Pennsylvania headquarters, a week of corporate training at your location, Upfitter University for your techs, and SOPs for everything from invoicing to stripping a chassis.
Why is the territory so large?
Fleet customers are regional by nature. A 125 mile radius or one million person market gives a location room to win municipal contracts, dealer partnerships, and commercial fleets without tripping over a sibling franchise. Small territories make franchisors money; large ones make franchisees money. We picked our side.
Where does the work come from?
The national engine: every configurator build, quote request, and contract lead from FountFleet.com routes to the closest location automatically.
