By using fountfleet.com, you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, don’t interfere with its operation, and don’t misuse content or tools including the configurator and portal.
Quotes & Pricing
Configurator outputs and on-site prices are estimates prepared in good faith. Final pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times are confirmed on a written quote or purchase agreement. Vehicle specifications and model years are subject to manufacturer changes.
Warranties
Our lifetime installation warranty is described on the Lifetime Warranty page and governed by its written terms. This website itself is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
FountFleet, FountHarness, Upfitter University, and related marks, logos, and site content belong to FountFleet or its licensors. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
Franchise Information
This website and any franchise sales information on it do not constitute an offer to sell a franchise. Franchise offers are made only through a Franchise Disclosure Document in compliance with applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here.
