What exactly does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our installation: the wiring, mounting, programming, and workmanship of the upfit, for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Equipment itself carries each manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 to 10 years depending on the component), and we handle those claims for you.
Can our own mechanics work on the vehicle?
Yes, and we build for it. The QR code in the door jamb gives your techs the complete wiring documentation, every circuit is labeled and fused, and we use standard connectors and name-brand parts. Routine service and properly installed additions by your own shop don’t void our coverage of our work.
How do warranty repairs work if we’re 1,500 miles away?
Our national network of vetted service providers handles regional warranty work, and the door-jamb QR code gives any tech the full wiring documentation. You don’t ship a vehicle across the country to fix a connection. That would be silly.
What voids the warranty?
The classics: abuse, rust from never washing off road salt, collision and pursuit damage, and ballistic events. PIT bars are built for PIT maneuvers, but the bumper you bend performing one is between you and the pursuit report. The warranty is non-transferable, so it ends when the vehicle changes hands.
Does the warranty apply nationwide?
Yes. The warranty follows the vehicle across all 49 states we deliver to, whether we dropped it in Pennsylvania or Anchorage. Distance is a logistics problem, and logistics is a thing we’re annoyingly good at.
