We’re not in Pennsylvania and not BuyBoard members. Can we still buy?
Usually, yes. BuyBoard membership is open to eligible entities in most states, and our partner network adds Sourcewell, HGACBuy, and state-contract piggyback options. Send your state and agency type to the bid team and they’ll map the compliant path.
How fast can a contract purchase be delivered?
