When your chassis lands, every component for your build is pulled from our 50,000 sq ft warehouse the same week. Nothing waits on a backorder you never heard about.
Technical Build & Harness
Our technicians integrate the FountHarness electrical system: labeled, braided, fused, color-coded. You track this phase through live build photos in the portal.
Triple-Check QC
The final gate. Three separate 100-point inspections confirm every bolt and connection meets the national FountFleet standard, with photo proof.

What are the current lead times?
About 40 business days at our Pennsylvania headquarters and 30 at our Georgia and Texas hubs, from chassis arrival to Triple-Check sign-off. Build type sets the pace within that: a clean admin unit can clear in about 20 business days, while a K9 unit or SWAT van with long-lead equipment can run closer to 60. Your quote carries a real date for your actual build.
Why are these lead times shorter than the industry’s?
The system is boring on purpose: we stock chassis, we stock equipment, and we schedule against real bay capacity instead of hope. Published dates, kept.
How do I track my build?
The FountFleet Portal shows your build slot, live progress photos, transportation status, and estimated delivery date. If a date matters, tell us when you order and we schedule to it, no “just checking in” phone calls required.
