The F-600, Explained
The cheat code of medium duty trucking. A 22,000 lb GVWR Class 6 rating wrapped in a Super Duty cab your crews already know how to drive and your techs already know how to service. FountFleet builds it exclusively in 4×4, configured for 9 and 11 foot bodies.
The Class 6 chassis with the long future. With GM winding down its Silverado medium duty line, the F-600 stands as the go to Class 6 chassis with a pickup style cab. Upgraded 19.5 inch wheels, heavy duty driveline, and Ford Pro VIS control from the factory touchscreen.
One PO, one truck that shows up finished. We hang the body, wire the equipment through labeled FountHarness circuits, undercoat it, and deliver it turn key with a lifetime warranty on the build and published lead times.

F-600 Questions, Answered
F-600 or F-550?
The F-600 carries roughly 2,500 lbs more GVWR on upgraded driveline and 19.5 inch rubber, in the same footprint. If your F-550s keep flirting with their payload limit, the F-600 is the honest answer.
Do my drivers need a CDL?
Generally no for the truck alone: at 22,000 lbs GVWR it sits under the 26,001 lb CDL threshold. Heavy trailers can change the math on combined weight, so check your state rules before you spec the gooseneck.
What if we are a GM fleet?
We build plenty on the Silverado 3500 HD, and with GM winding down its medium duty line, the F-600 is the Class 6 platform with the long future. We sell both brands, so you get the straight comparison instead of a pitch.
Gas or diesel?
The 7.3L gas V8 costs less to buy and maintain and loves short local routes. The Power Stroke earns its premium if the truck tows heavy or lives on the highway. We will price both in one itemized quote.
